Here's what an exchange under the 60-Night Sleep Trial costs.
The activation fee
- A one-off £50 fee activates your exchange.
- It covers collection of your current mattress and delivery of your replacement.
- The fee is non-refundable.
- It applies to each mattress exchanged — so if you're exchanging more than one mattress, the £50 charge applies to each one.
Price differences on your replacement

| Costs more than your original | You pay the difference. |
| Costs less than your original | No refund or credit is given, and the difference can't be used toward other products. |
| Costs the same | Just the £50 activation fee applies. |
